- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Speak on the phone or through text to set up an in person assessment. 2. Survey their property for accurate estimate. 3. Schedule a date and time to complete the work. 4. Collect payment after work is completed. 25% of the payment total is collected prior to first work day for any invoice that totals out at $400 or more.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Helping my father maintain the properties he has is one way/reason I began my journey doing this type of work. Being asked if I had ever used a weed trimmer before and hearing their response to my answer is an additional reasoning.
