- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our catering prices are per person and is a served buffet, if ordering full service. We also offer pick-up, delivery, and on-site whole pig roasts. In addition to catering services, we also have multiple special event venues on our farm that can be rented for a separate fee. The rental cost has a wide range depending on date, date of the week, and event duration. Alcohol service is a separate service & fee that can be added to any event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have multiple staff members who are Serve Safe certified to handle, prepare, and manage cooked food. Our kitchen facilities are regularly inspected. All of our bartenders are RAMP certified.
