Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. In our barbecue division department .we have a very large selection menu. And in our all types of catering menu #2 we offer over a hundred and forty items to chooose from. your choice from private parties,family reunions,birthday parties,wedding,we offer a wedding menu. that does not break the bank. less formal but worth your investment. Do lots of company picini's,appreication day for their in employees. Corporate events. Inside and outside events , we do it all.
Q. Describe three recent jobs you've completed.
A. we just finish up two barbecue catering event for Edis.co. out of wilmington DE. this is one of our corporate clientele,that we been doing their events for well over 7 years in a row now.every year they do a lunch for their employees at their corporate head quaters in wilmington DE. it is one of of , Rib and chicken menus all there employees we also do a pig roast for Edis corp. at there West chester head quarters its a pig roast with about 150 guest and employee // we done a graduation party in late june for a 100 guest in New Jersey.they were so please and happy they gave the help a very nice tip .we do not require out customer to give gradtudie tip. they told us our food was out of this world they said the ribs and chicken were the best they ever eat .had another graduation in early june they were so happy with our service, they told a lot of their friends you want a good catering company. you need to hire this company h&s caterers . the food and presentation was out of this world .and in DEC we done a christmas party for AMTRACK rail .we do this event every year for the union at AMTRACK had this event for 6 years now
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure they are fully insured ,also make sure your getting the same amount of products for your buck. Do back ground check on that provider. Make sure you get a invoice with everything listed what they are supplying
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. I wish i knew about this catering company way in advance . and there top notch BBQ company division dept. they offer pig roast,ribs and chicken,bull roast,steak grill-en ,deep fry turkey's ,clam bakes,shrimp feast ,oyster roast,crab feast ,southern fish fry's ,alaskan snow crab cluster feast ,lobster boils,crab feast , old fashion corn boils,cajun foods ,soul foods ,plus they have a inside menu with over a hundred and forty items to select from, this catering company they do it all .plus they tell you that all bbq's come only as package deals, 75 to 600+plus guest .we cater jobs at the shore points if its at least 275 guest .
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are they proffessional, are they inssured ,can they prove they have inssurance. Can a new customer get inforamation feed back from previous customers they cater for. How far they travel to cleints locations,how big or small a catering events they can do. How big is their menu selection.do they provide thier own tents and buffet tables for food .
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Learning about our great food choices, and the prestation we put on for all our customer base know matter how big or small event it is
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We are very professional and our presentations in our inside events such as weddings ,family gathering and so forth. Plus at our bbq events we strive to put on a show with our presentations,and show our customers how good our product are. Because we buy the best products on the market for our customers events.plus new customer get to tell others the experince they had doing business with our catering division
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Meeting all the great customers ,and the guest , that we done events for. From small jobs to very large events.having them tell me had happy and please they were with our service and our foods

A. About my custom made moblie grills. How big they are and who built them. How did i get started in this business.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. yes ''doing this one special event,this one event for our veterans brings me lots of joy .each and every year i look forward to go to this event . it takes place on the first Sunday in October at Spring City at the southeastern veterans hospital.we been doing this one job for thirteen years.putting on a pig roast with all the trimmings and with all the side treats, yes folks right down to even candy.and i even supply music for our vets . by one of the great DJ's JUST YOU &ME is her name she has been with me at this event all these years .we do this pig roast for between 450 and 500 of our veterans each year. folks you never seen how happy these vets become on that day. as their face light up with big smiles .this event is my favorite one to do each and every year .we do it on the last sunday of september or the first sunday in october each and every year these vets gave a lot to this country so i like to give back to each and everyone of them .
Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?
A. How good we really are , and our presentation .and to let them know in over twenty years in business .our business has not had a complaint from a customer .i aim very proud to let my customer base new or repeat customers know we never ever had a customer complain about my service,or food.we are on time we server when the customer gives us a time .
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. my mother taught all her children how to cook in case something happen in life .Always like cooking, all types of foods, later on in life i had a huge mobile grill built and i was doing little events for my friends. and this lady was at one of the events she own a beer distributing business in aston pa .and she told me john you need to start doing this kind of catering,so a local american legion gave me my first break in the catering business they gave me a job to do.at the coatsville vetrans hospital, doing a event for our veterans with over 300 veterans,i pull it off and been doing their events ever since.the last ten years we been doing pig roast at the southeastern veterans hospital in spring city some years it 375 vet some years it is 600 vets .this year will be my 13th year doing this one event for our veterans in spring city pa. Today i do lots of catering events. So that is how i got involved, in the food business. here i'm 20 years later still doing the food business.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. Yes kind of threw the internet, and food shows. Always experimenting with new recipes.trying new things

A. All our bbq's are package deals ,each one has a diffrent price. We only accept cash, company checks , personal checks. Do not accept deit or credit cards yet coming soon
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Be ready to work. its takes a lot of time to do a first class event. you got to be very involved.plus you must take the time to try to please every one, especially if you get into my field of catering were you are doing large catering events. Such as barbecues. Very rewarding but lots of work nothing easy in the catering business but it can be very rewarding
Q. What is your greatest strength?
A. Have a great wife ,who helps she does all the award winning presentation on all our events,plus handling all book work,and i have very deciated help when i call i know they will be their on the job. most of my help been with me for years .why because i treat them very well .and with respect on the job and off the job .
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. Got to do more advertzing ,other then that nothing' it all works for me built this from the ground up . from starting out doing very small events, too today doing catering for well over 600+ person menu's.plus keep trying to satisfy ever customer we do work for,they are the one;s who made us what we are today .
