- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Are pricing is very simple, no hourly fees or confusing packages. We quote a single sitting session fee which includes all shooting with no limits on time, shots taken, locations or clothing changes. After reviewing the online previews you pay for each photo you want with discounts for higher quantities.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After agreeing on date, time and location we arrive a little early with a complete mobile studio capable of handling indoor and / or outdoor shooting situations. We generally work as a team so you will be working with Russ and his wife Carolyn, or Russ and his daughter Emily.
