Introduction: I teach drum and percussion lessons to students of all ages and ability levels out of my Monroeville, PA studio. I am conveniently located on Northern Pike Road at a professional storefront music studio, shared with other local teachers. I offer some of the most affordable and consistent lessons in town. I have an extensive background as a teacher, performer and composer, including 2 master's degrees in music (one in percussion) and an undergraduate degree in music education. I have been teaching privately now for over 7 years. I have many flexible time slots available, and I pride myself in offering to teach any percussion instrument, style, experience level, or age of students. I've taught adults. I've taught preschoolers. I've taught college music majors, grade-school students, and everyone in between! No experience with music of any kind? Not a problem! Visit my website today to find out more about me and what I do. Fill out the contact form; tell me about your goals or desires in music, and let's get started!

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I most often teach my clients, varying in age and ability level, 30 minute, weekly drum lessons. These lessons help develop their skills and achieve their personal music goals.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

GIve me a try! With the onset of YouTube, Vimeo, as well as music lessons given by traveling music teachers, the old model of "going to a studio" to take a music lesson is unfortunately falling by the wayside. Going to an actual, professional studio with tons of materials and resources in the absolute BEST way to study music. Check out my website, get in touch, and just give lessons a try! The first lesson is FREE! What do you have to lose?!
