I had a very old, but still functioning color laserjet that began having problems with the toner cartridges. Gary came out to my business as soon as he was able and let me know during the day that it would be later than expected. He worked on the printer for about an hour and a half and did determine what the problem was but advised that it really wouldn't be worth it to repair due to cost of the parts and age of the printer. He also gave me advice on another printer I had, and did not charge me for the time he spent working on the printer. He only charged me for the service call and said I could text him any questions I have when looking for a new printer and he would be happy to give me his recommendations. I really appreciated his responsiveness, honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend Machine Fix to anyone needing printer servicing or repair.

The service I received was impeccable! Someone came out immediately the next morning to set up my printer. He was very professional and punctual and took the time to explain everything to me to make sure that I understood how to use my new printer. I would highly recommend their service anytime
