What a find! Elionai is great to work with, very good at his job and is a great communicator. We discussed my project (basement bathroom’s finishing) and he was available to start the next day. I needed to remove 16ft of wall to open up a room. The demolition and installation of a double LVL beam on a 10ft high ceiling was methodical and professionally performed demonstrating Elionai’s and his partner Helio’s knowledge and skill in transferring the load of a bearing wall to the new beam. I couldn’t have been happier with the completed job!
