  If you want to rent an apartment from them - think again. You are not their customer and you will fill it. I gave them a deposit check for a place. When we met to sign the contract I found a 'pet fee' for $900. They said it is a deposit but wouldn't change the wording. Then they told me the owner has decided to go a different way. Ok, not a problem - the only problem was that 2 days later they deposited my security check. I had to chase them for a week to get my money back. Dealing with them is a big hassle. Wouldn't do it again.
