Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Be sure to ask as many questions as possible. Do research on in our portfolio of sites you really like, call the owners of the site, and ask them questions of things they liked for the process and if they have any advice. Biggest thing...don't ever feel like any questions you ask are dumb.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. No real inside secrets, just knowing that I should be as proactive as possible. Nothing worse than not receiving enough information about the customer's needs, only to deliver a look and functionality totally opposite from the customer's wants....all because the questions we ask weren't answered, only "whatever you think".
