Question and answer

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I enjoy teaching people cooking techniques that they will be able to cook many recipes from. If I can expand the creativity of the home cook and make their dinner more exciting I feel I have done my job.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. People always ask me for ideas for quick and delicious meals. This is why I like to teach people to be inspired by ingredients and to cook from their hearts rather than being so dependent on recipes. I feel it is much more important to learn techniques rather than recipes.
