As a 35 year old active lady, I severed my achillies tendon three years ago. At that time, I lost all motivation to work out and take care of my health. I thought I would never run again. About a year ago, I met Patti though a pilaties class, I was inspired by her no-nonsense attitude and how she inspired me to move. Since then, I have been working with Patti three times per week. I have lost over 20 inches and 22 pounds. I can run a 5K race. Patti's focus is not just physical, it's also emotional and psychological that helped to motivate me to change for better overall well-being. Patti is also flexible and understanding of busy schedules. (She herself is a busy mom of three!) I will continue my journey with Patti's guidance towards better health. I would highly recommend working with Patti!!

Patty really cares about her clients, she takes all her work to heart. She's right there working with you giving her all. Makes you feel good about yourself. She knows alot about eating healthy too. I'm 54 years old and I can run 5 miles now and I've never ran before. She makes you feel like you can do anything when you put your heart and mind into your workout. I've been workingout now for 3 years with Patty. I feel the best I've ever felt.

she works you hard but you get results it was hard for me at first I cried alot but now I see how good I'm feeling I like the way I'm looking still have a way to go but I'll get there. She really cares about people and their health and wants you to succeed.I like the way she mixes up our workouts so we don't get bored
