- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can found the better option, because I offer is a customized service. We can skip or do a rotation in different areas of the house for a lower price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain to them about my business work, i.e what supplies I provide and if there are need what they need to provide. I also make sure they understand how my schedule work, because I have been not messing my Schedule. This information is very important and making sure my clients understand that is really important as well.

My family own the business service too. I learned management with them and started my own business.
