Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Residential is our most common job type. Roof replacements, siding replacements and windows are the most common product request.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Use caution and check references, insurance & BBB complaints. Roofing & Siding contractors aren't licesed by skill in PA. Anyone can aquire a state HIC license number and anyone with a truck and a few ladders can say they are a roofer. Construction is a field, in general, that cheapest is not always best, you get what you pay for. On the same note, top dollar is not always needed and can be quite inflated.

A. We offer quality craftsmanship at fair pricing. We treat our customers like we would like our own family treated, fairly and honestly.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Variety is the thing that keeps the trade interesting. New people make the business grow and are always a pleasure to meet.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most common question we are asked are recommendations for product. Our answer is individualized for each potential customer, based on their needs, budget and the end result they are looking for. It could be the recommendation of a repair if that is truly all that is needed or a product line that meets their budget for a replacement
