I've worked with a few other architects and NPM Designs are by far the best. What I love the most is how quickly the job was done. Other architects in the past take weeks, and sometimes even a month to just send an update. The price was also fair, yes I could have gotten a bit of a cheaper price going somewhere else but with NPM, I get quality work and help through the rest of the design process. Because I was changing some load bearing walls, I had to bring in a structural engineer, I'm so happy he was willing to coordinate with them and was up from about saving me money from doing double duty with surveying and coordination. The whole process was smooth. They did all of the drawings for permit and helped with my zoning application. Thanks again!
