The guy asked me to vaccuum the floor which was not finish. It was clemented flooor with nails in the floor, paint, compound and dust. He asked me to wipe down desk in a office which I did. I mopped the floor and cleaned the stairs which wasn"t part the agreement. I cleaned the hallway which wasn't included. I asked before I left do he want me to scrub the basement floors he said no. I asked him was he satified with job he said yes and paid me.I explained to him that this more like rough clean versus final clean because it needed more work. He said he no dont worry about it just do what he asked. He had no hot water in the buiding and you clean clemented floor with a mop like i told him. He said he just want to minimal the dust that on the floor. I priced it off of what he said the square footage was and i must been the lowest bidder. You not telling the truth about incident and he wanted me to bid on his building for cleaning. He had nothing in basement to wiped down but heater and i did. You the customer must no what need to be done not contractor. We can only provide what is asked of us. He said he was covering the floor with carpet and it needed to be scraped before you put carpet down. The walls wasn't finish still sanding or no baseboards. The stairs still still was be worked on.
