A. Practice safe Web Surfing. Keep tool bars on your Internet Browser to a minimum. Got a pop-up? Stop and think! Do not start clicking.
Only run one antivirus software.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. First take a deep breath and walk away from the computer. Shut down the computer and then reboot. If you still have the problem, unplug power cord and take the battery out of the computer.

A. I am honest and have integrity. I provide professional computer services at half the price of the big companies and I am willing to help you with your computer problems in a timely manner. I work to your needs, not the store rules and hours.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Its always a very satisfied feeling when consumers say Wow i cant believe you fixed that and so quick. when the geek squad and other companies either couldn't fix the issue or decided to charge outrageous prices.
What's even more satisfying is hearing from a customer how well i explain their issue in terms anyone can understand, as well and when i take time even at Saturday at 11pm or Sunday night at 12pm to speak to a customer and have them say thank you so much your the only person i know that i can call at any time and know that you always pick up and always take time out of your own free time to help me.
I hear so many stories on how places like geek squad and other retail and computer repair companies limit their services to just fixing the issue with no support after wards unless some kind of extra plan is purchased.
Its always really great when i hear from a customer that tells me i cant believe you guys give free evaluations its such a rare thing to see these days that anything free with no strings attached exists.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I Love fixing computers and helping people.

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. I just finished Repairing 3 Laptops, installed a Hard Drive in a Dell, Gateway and HP (owner supplied Hard Drive), and added Windows XP OS, installed FREE antivirus and Malware protection. A Free Microsoft Works 9 and a Free PDF Reader, Tuned up a IBM with Best Practices and added FREE Antivirus and Malware Protection. I Picked up and Delivered to the Clients home (15 mile round trip). After arriving back at the clients residence I re-setup his Linksys router with a Secure connection.

A. I do not Have a CompIicated pricing System. I charge very reasonable price an Hour for my Professional Services.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Get all the education you can. Study computer science in College or Get Certified with CompTIA, Microsoft, or Dell. Most importantly Get All the Hands on Experience you can.
