Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Search for service companies prior work be sure not to hesitate to ask for Customer referrals.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. When you purchase your home Computer you should be sure the specs on the system will maximize your performance. Depending on what you will mainly be using your PC or Laptop to run. Ex: Gaming mostly be sure you have adequate Video Graphics card with Memory.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My experience in working for fortune 500 Companies with good Customer communication. I have been trained to repair various Computer equipment:
ex: Servers, Disk subsytems, Printers, Desktops & Laptops. (Buisness and Home Users)

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The pleasure of the user to be able to run at a high efficiency to use computer without problems. With my excessive experience I know have more Customers.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. System boots up very slow - - The cause of this is usually from Spyware, Spam, Registry Errors in Windows. When you install programs and remove this causes empty Registry enties with fragmented files. It would also be a good idea to run a Disk Defragment for quicker acess to files on Disk.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. In the early 80's the Computer industry was the newest and upcoming industry.

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. Pep Boys corporate office Network backup system was failing to communicate with there ISP, Other services unable to resolve problem, upon my testing found Hwic card in Cisco Router failed. Replaced card rebooted router backup communication were up and running within one Hour. Successful Service Call.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I stay up to date by reviewing online courses.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Go to School for Network or Graphics Design, and achieve the highest degree possible.
