There was someone to give me an estimate the next day after contact. Everything was thoroughly explained, proposal was sent by Lisa the day after the estimate. Changes needed to be made to get the permit, they reached out let me know and sent an updated version of the proposal. Once permit was in order and the fee for the permit paid work started promptly three weeks after. The contractors were very professional and friendly. First day they dug and filled in 4 of stone (permit requirement) next day they poured concrete. Love it! Even my neighbors complimented the work.

Thank You for taking the time to write such a detailed lengthy review Carvet! Your explanation of the sequence of events is something we rarely see in reviews, so I thank you proudly! And of course, the neighbor approval goes a long way lol Thank You, Carvet!

I had a positive experience getting my sidewalk repaved. They came out to give me a quote within 48 hours, called a few weeks later to come out and do the work, and the end product looks great.

I'm hoping that I can get a manager, estimator, or owner to call me to discuss a project that I have in mind.I am contemplating a project in Philadelphia to build a new home for myself and my family. I don't know what the costs of the project are, and so I don't want to pull the trigger to buy a piece of land, architectural and engineering plans without knowing what I'm getting into. I called the office # and was met with a very persistent employee who refused to go off company policy of "no ballparking pricing". As much as I understand that ballparking pricing isn't accurate, it is what I need to be able to assess my risk of buying the property and investing in all of the documentation that your team is asking for. Please have someone who is knowledgeable about your pricing reach out to discuss. I want a professional company and it seems like you're the right fit!Ivan
