We are an insurance-friendly (we do the billing, you are responsible only for your copay), responsive (we'll get back to you within hours), full-service psychotherapy practice. We provide services to children, adolescents and adults for a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, Aspergers, LGBT concerns, recovery issues and general relationship problems.
To address your concerns, we offer therapy to individuals, families and couples and also offer some group therapies. Some of our specialties include CBT, mindfulness-based therapy and family systems based therapy.
