We are a general contractor specializing in fire, water and wind damage restoration; painting; and cleaning; as well as windows, doors, floors, kitchens, baths, basements, full remodeling, additions and much, much more. We do all types of interior and exterior repairs, renovations , rebuilds and remodels. "No job is ever too big or too small." We have been doing business in the Tri-state area for over 40 years. We also do insurance work, private work, contract work as well as property maintenance. We are fully licensed and insured.

Every situation is different however most items in this business comes down to square foot and or linear foot with a twist and or custom sizes. We treat each new project acording to a customers needs, wants or ideas wjen estimating.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet , measure, discuss customers situation needs and or wants, put together an estimated cost of repairs or remodel, discuss with customer pros and cons, revise estimated cost based on pros and cons and or add ons or removals. Creat a detailed written contract, discuss contract items, schedule start date, give an estimated completion date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started out in general contracting business at age 15, learned the theory of building maintenence trade during high school at swenson skill center in philadelphia. Next 20 years with hands on experience in General Contracting business. Worked on many many different projects as well as full scale renovations.
