Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. While home staging may seem glamorous and fun (and it is). It is also a very physical and demanding job. The finished product looks seamless and may seem like it just came together. The truth is there is a lot of planning that goes into each job. A typical job takes two to three days of planning and packing and the actual staging can take one to two days of setting up, moving furniture and hanging art work. If you are thinking of staging your own home it may be best to consult a professional.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Sunflower Creations staged homes stand out from the competitors for many reasons. Unlike some companies we offer 'full service' home staging. The furnishing and accessories are chosen by our designer and are tailored to fit the style and layout of your home. Our stagings are fully accessorized in order to make the property feel warm and welcoming. Our stagings are not cookie cutter and are truly planned around the style of your home in order to show off your home's best features.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Customers most often ask about the vacant home staging process. First we do a complimentary walk thu of the property in order to give a price proposal. If the client would like to move forward we prepare a contract and schedule a date to stage (typocally within five days time). Payment is due on or before the date of the staging and we can gladly accept cash, credit and check.
