    Could not make it on the day we set up for junk removal, however when they did come, Kathleen & her team were very professional, very fast and extremely nice! I definitely recommend them & will use them again in the future if need be.

    First let me say, the system required a star rating, which a one star is even too high for the level of service provided.
    I am not sure how this lady is in business. She never showed for an appointment on Saturday, 8/4/12. The customer had to contact her to see where she was, to which she responded much later claiming to have been in a car accident. She stated she would call as soon as the police left. It is nearly 48 hours after she made that statement and has yet to call. The appointment set was not just for a standard cleaning, it was for a cleaning to prep for a party. You were hired because we trusted that a cleaning company could help eliminate some of the stress in preparing for a party but you only created more stress by not showing up or calling at all. You are a disgrace!!!!! When you attempt to dispute my experience, attach a copy of the police report

    I contacted the customer several times, via the email I was originally contacted through, to let her know our situation 3 or 4 times, which there was no phone number available on. I can't control the situation, and as soon as I get a copy of the dc#, I will happily provide it. (no one was injured, by the way). I have made several attempts to reschedule, all of which have been unanswered. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and was happily offering a free cleaning to show good faith. I did respond to all communication, including returning a call, that was unanswered. I have nothing to dispute, as you clearly stated why we were unable to keep the appointment.

    On 3/15/12 my friend and I purchased as a gift a voucher from Dirty Deedz CLEANING CREW for 3 hours of cleaning. The gift was redeemed by our friend on 5/10/12 and once the job was done my friend and I were informed that the crew came and did not in fact stay for 3 hours. When i emailed the owner Kathleen she stated that normally they send out 1 person to clean for 3 hours so since she sent out 2 people they would only stay for an hour and a half. I beleive this is a lie b/c a cleaning crew does not consist of just 1 person and for them to claim that the cleaning would be for 3 hours is very misleading. Kathleen is very delusional when trying to confront her about this issue via email and not willing to fess up to being vague and misleading. She could have explained this when we purchased the voucher just as she explained it to us AFTER she got over on us. Im sure she will reply back to this post with the same BS. She keeps trying to overshadow it by pointing out that our friend was happy with the work which she was and she said this is not the fault of the cleaners, but she was disappointed that they didnt stay for the time requested. The fault is with the owner and the false advertisement. I would advise anyone to go with another company. There are other companies that do great jobs cleaning that wont mislead you.     I am sorry you are confused about the deal. 3 hours is 3 man hours, which is a basic rate at which cleaners base their charges. 3 hours can be performed by one person in 3 hours, two people in 1.5 hours, and three people for 1 hour. Everyone in this industry charges per man hour. The two girls who went to your friend's house were there for 2 hours (which is 4 man hours) and the job was completed, your friend was thrilled. Im sorry you felt mislead, 3 hours is 3 hours from Dirty Deedz Cleaning Crew.

    Unbelievably thorough! The crew from Dirty Deedz cleaned in spaces that I hadn't even known existed. They were friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond what was requested. I requested the crew since I was moving out of my apartment, and needed it to look spotless for the next renter. The place was perfect.

    Dirty Deedz is the equivalent of the "magic eraser" to living spaces.

    Thank you for getting my house back to normal after my bathroom renovation. With every inch of my house covered in dust, I was very overwhelmed. (I don't think they cut a single tile outside, or used a single tarp.) You took care of everything, from undernearth the furniture the our cluttered tables. Now I can breathe again, walk around without shoes, and focus on the things I want to get done.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Move-ins/outs, post-construction cleanings, office cleanings, and spring cleanings.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask all the questions...make sure you are hiring a service that does all the work you want. Communication is key. Some companies charge extra for windows, ovens, refrigerators.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are you licensed, insured, bonded, have good references????? Your home is your life, you can't just let anyone in it without something other than a business card!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Exactly what they expect to have done. We like to keep the lines of communication open and use a check-list that the customer can add/remove services as they wish.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because we take pride in what we do, we make sure everything gets touched; ceiling fans, inside sofas, woodwork, corners, etc. All the areas that tend to get neglected, we remember!

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. The end result. We take pride in what we do. There's nothing better than getting that call when the customer comes home to say "WOW!! You did a great job!"

A. Do you do windows?
Yes, at no extra charge! Any additional services are pulled into the hourly rate, not per additional service. Upon initial estimate, we will discuss all services that are desired and come up with a pricing package that fits each individual customer.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I'm a single-mom of 15yo and 6 yo boys. I was commuting an hour each way to work, to sit behind a desk for 9. I was missing their lives. I wanted to do something I was good at and enjoyed, and since Ive been cleaning since I could walk, in what better area to start a business?!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. A frat house mom called, as her son had just moved into "Animal House". 3 girls in 3 hours turned the party haven into a house of study.

Q. If you have a complicated pricing system for your service, please give all the details here.

A. I think our pricing plan is simple and competitive. 2 girls at $50 an hour work as a team to complete most homes' initial cleanings between 2-3 hrs, top to bottom!

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. Be ready to work your butt off! Keeping your eye on the prize (20 carloads of crews) means putting in tons of man hours until we train the right individuals.
