I hired this contractor to paint the trim and shadow boxes in my foyer but it was a slight miscommunication but once we both realized how this happened Lady T did accommodate. In the same contract, I hired Lady T to pant my kitchen cabinets. Overall I am satisfied but I have to be honest there was several hiccups. Day 1 started out strong but then she had car trouble 3 times which prevented her from showing at the time she said she would come. This wasn't that bug of a deal because life happens. On the final day of completion, I had to go to a meeting and my Aunt and uncle wad at my house. I got a text from Lady T around 1:15p saying she had to leave and could not finish my job. I was shocked and upset because this was the day the job was supposed to be completed. I expressed to her that I had no availability for her to come back so I told her I would see if the contractor that was painting the outside of my home could finish what she left undone. At that point she said she didn't want to have me do that and she would just set aside what she had going on and return to finish my project. I was satisfied with that. Unfortunately, after she told me everything was complete, I believed her because I saw the exterior of the cabinets and they looked good, u never thought to look in the interior until the next day when I went to unpack my dinnerware. That is when I noticed several drawers had never been painted and for those that was the second coat had never been applied. I contacted Lady T about this and she agreed to come back to fix it the next morning. Lastly, she is very professional because she did accomodate the color i wanted on my cabinets very well...but she takes personal calls almost the entire time she is working which i believes interfere with the quality of work she puts out, making you as the customer have to micro manage the job closely to make sure nothing is missed (i didn't like having to do that but at least she wasn't offended by this). With that said, I would recommend Lady T but you just have to be clear in your expectations before the contract starts.
