My experience was really good at Restore. James was very professional and the massage was at just the right pressure and strength. The studio is extremely clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend James.

A. The question clients most commonly ask is the difference between Swedish and deep-tissue massage. In short, Swedish is light to medium pressure designed to promote deep relaxation. Deep tissue is highly therapeutic with a customized amount of pressure to work the deeper level of muscles to release tension, knots and help relieve pain.
A. One of our clients recently visited us after experiencing severe pain in her hip and leg for the past 6 years. After trying chiropractic, physical therapy and prescription methods, she still wasn't able to get relief from her pain. One 60 minute session later, she said her pain was noticeably less than before. One week later, she emailed us and said that her pain was 90% relieved and she hadn't felt this good in over 6 years! Her story and many others are the reasons we believe in the transformative power of massage and a reminder of why we dove head-first into this profession.
