I have been working with Stephen twice a week for about a year. He has made me much stronger overall and has helped my back, which is a particular problem for me, a lot. I now stand much straighter and walk better. Stephen is reliable, on time, careful, and always asks about any problems I might have before each session, adjusting my exercises accordingly. He varies my program and adds to it as I get stronger. I work with Indian clubs, resist bands, kettle bells and do floor work. He keeps the tone light and allows time for a short therapeutic back massage at the end of my session.

We have been meeting regularly, three to five times a week. Steve is extremely reliable and intensely devoted to helping and continuously improving the function of my legs and my posture in general. He is both reliable and creative, with new exercises building and what we done earlier. I could not imagine a better and more committed trainer.

Steve was our personal trainer for nearly a year. We were referred to him by a physical therapist as a way to strengthen and reduce pain in my fiance's back. Steve's emphasis on form and proper training technique significantly improved his back pain (when nothing else seemed to be working!), while simultaneously helping him to strengthen his back and surrounding muscles. We had a fantastic experience with Steve - he was professional, knowledgeable and developed personalized workouts that were customized to our ability and fitness goals. Through our workouts with Steve, we increased muscle mass, lost fast and learned how to train smarter and more efficiently. Would highly recommend Steve as a personal trainer!

I have been working with Steve for the past 5 years and he is not only incredible to work with but extremely knowledgable. Steve started training me in an effort to get me in shape for my wedding, he developed a customized workout plan for me and the results were beyond my expectations. We continued to train before and after my first pregnancy and now I'm 8 months into #2. The combination of his expertise in nutrition and fitness is unparalleled.
