Great movers! I’ve hired in the past and by far they have been the best priced. They wrapped up things properly. They assembled things properly with care and just got straight to the point. Highly recommend for affordable movers that get the job done with no BS. Very efficient and fast as well. They didn’t abuse the hourly rate. I would highly recommend!

After our experience with Compassion Carriers I strongly believe that their reviews are fake. The worst and most unprofessional move I’ve ever experienced. We hired compassion carriers and were quoted that it would take 2 guys 5 hours to make the move. I provided an itemized list of every piece of furniture, box count, bag count, totes, etc that I expected moved… and ended up actually taking less because we left things for the new owners of our home. The movers were supposed to arrive between 9-11 AM. The day started off on the wrong note when they didn’t arrive until 1 pm. I had called multiple times and was always told that they were 15 minutes away regardless of how far they actually were. We ended up opting in the morning of the move to have 3 people so that it would be faster. Well within 45 minutes of them arriving, we had to run over to the new house. When we returned the truck was less loaded than when we had left, they had ordered pizza (after getting there 2-4 hours late), and were recording TikTok videos inside our home. We had never approved or consented to recordings of our home. Well the day just kept going downhill. They spent hours loading and unloading the truck, refusing to make 2 trips… even though the new house was only 5 minutes away. Having been provided a list of items, they should have come prepared with a better game plan. When we finally get to the new house it was 6 pm. We were supposed to be done with the move between 2-4 PM. Because of this, I had to pay extra for our cleaners at the old house since they couldn’t start on time either. My husband had been helping load the truck to keep them on pace, but it wasn’t helping and it got even worse at the new house. I was watching them take 1 box or bag at a time, that contained things like pillows or medicine. Couldn’t have weighed more than 5 pounds. While I, a small woman, was carrying 2 medium size boxes at a time. They were absolutely trying to run the clock to charge us more. At one point while I was carrying boxes down the steps, I found one of the guys in the corner of the room on his phone. I went to go talk to the field manager about what was happening and HE was on his phone. I stayed outside helping direct where things should go, and was seeing my husband by himself make 2-3x the number of trips that the movers were making. Come the end of the night, I start realizing that a bunch of our furniture was broken. So I asked for the insurance docs (which they had assured me prior to the moving day had been filed - lies) and the “manager” starts yelling at me about how it’s not his problem that stuff is broken and it’s not his job to care. So it’s now midnight, my husband and I have been moving for 9 hours, we have $3200 worth of broken furniture, our house has been recorded in, our movers were 2-4 hours late so we paid extra for the cleaners, the owners of the new property were supposed to stay at the house that night since this was prior to closing day and they couldn’t, we had gotten yelled at, and they were not able to produce insurance… and then they had the audacity to try to charge us 3.5x what they originally quoted us. The next morning Melissa, the coordinator, called me and was so sweet and kind trying to fix things and reassuring me that we would be reimbursed for the broken furniture… and then she completely disappeared. Stopped answering calls or texts. We’re now having to start pursing legal actions. Wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy. A HORRIBLE moving company. And they have others!!! Never schedule any movers with Melissa as their coordinator.

We have a 2 hour minimum on every project that is being done. We have a standard deposit that is taken to secure you project. The deposit upfront covers insurance, travel, truck, miles, gas, tolls, standard materials.

All the movers have been in the field for 7 years or better. All new movers are trained for 2 to three weeks in a warehouse setting before let out in the field
