I got 4 estimates for a rental house make over, including interior/exterior paint, roofing, carpentry, re-fixturing bathrooms, and final clean-up. New image Remodeling and Paint did it all, at a fair price. Two estimates were much too high, and 2 were reasonable. I chose Felix and his crew because he understood what I wanted, and did not try to charge for every nit-picking item or job that needed to be done. I wanted to fix up the house to sell, and his crew did it all at a fair price, quickly and without problems. It seems these days contractors want to rip you off with one time jobs, or else nickel and dime you to death over details. Not so with Felix and his crew. I have been searching for years for an honest and competent contracting service to help me with rental property, finally found the right company. I give highest ratings, 5 stars, to New Image Remodeling and Paint LLC Syd - Marietta NY.

You did one fantastic job painting my wonderful and treasured home Old Mill Farm. Actually, to call the work you did merely painting is inaccurate and a disservice to the professional workmanship involved. You scraped and prepared. You identified structural problems and instituted repairs. Your concern for doing things RIGHT ensured that the finished product was as good as it could be. I am deeply appreciative. I learned so much about my home even having lived there for almost 30 years thanks to you. The finished product is just beautiful. There is much more than a new coat of paint. It has been refurbished and energized. The pride is back. I would count it a pleasure to recommend Felix and his family of professionals to anyone.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Repairs, painting, sandblasting, power washing, hanging sheet rock.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure that they are not taking for a ride that they have a licensed and insured that you have all the information that you need and that all of your question are answered. I don't care how many times a client ask me questions they are paying me and that is part of the agreement well with me it is. and when you get a guys like that they give the rest of us bad name and when that happens business slows down.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The main thing the pricing of the work and how much work is involved and how long is it really going to take to be able to price the project fairly
one of our secrets is that we use satellites to see the exterior of their homes when we are estimating an exterior project.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. One how long have they been in business do they have insurance and pictures and if any referrals that you can call.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Yes they should have an idea on how large the room is or whether the ceiling needs paint. A home owner should these thing that put a head of the game.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We pay a lot of attention to detail. When the job is done we give our clients a twelve month service guarantee that works like this if they should have an accident involving the paint we come out an repair the damage at on cost an addition, we give them a four year guarantee on workmanship and materials We don't hand out warranty we give guarantee in writing. A. Boy do I, we were up in the lift about 25 feet in the air and a 5 gallon drum of paint fell off the platform and three of my guys were blue not to mention my truck and all the surrounding area including the owner's dog. We were power washing everything including the dog..

A. How hard we work to satisfied them. To make sure that it's our responsibility to under stand exactly what they want so we can deliver there dream just how they see it

A. I started by re-placing windows but it was not a all year round money maker so i changed the name called it new image remodeling and paint and the paint part of the business is producing more in come then the remodeling.
Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.
A. We are proud of all our work. In this field project come in all sizes and they are done in the same way as all the other. But if i had to pick it would be my home.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. No am done with school. We have the internet that keep me up to date with every thing that I need to know and do.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. Am not changing my line of business this business has been good to me.

A. That would be Mr. Liberman, house in it entirety it has 23 room and 6 bathrooms

A. Go for it it's a good thing the most for filling part is when you have that smile on your way to the bank.

A. Our staff without then we just be another painting company. when you have a team that knows what to do when to do it and not wasting time asking question that what we call a stiller team and that is exactly what I have.I have work hard selecting my crew that has the experience and expertise to execute any project that comes our way. and now that we just earned the tile of being the largest minority remodeling and Painting company in Philadelphia that makes us even more stronger in the pricing area were our clients can save and we prove it to them.
