Lalinsky Contracting just completed my kitchen renovation and did a fantastic job! Ty is great to work with - he's 100% honest and reasonably priced. He has been completely respectful not only to me but also to my neighbors. And the work is excellent - I was so happy, I hired him on to complete some drywall work as well. Lalinsky contracting will have all my future business and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Ultimately we had to let Ty go, which is a shame but it is what it is. Ty's early work for us was good, and we liked him and his attitude. Unfortunately as our project went on, the quality slipped, he started coming in later and later, and getting a LOT less done each day. Our bathroom tile project should have taken maybe 2 weeks or so and after 3 weeks was still only halfway there. But we wish Ty well and hope that he does better going forward. Perhaps our project was just too much of a stretch for him.

There are always two sides to every story and I went above and beyond to try achieve perfection on prep work that was sub par to say the least not to mention all the on site fabrication I did for nothing its hard to install material when you have spend half your time making it In all my years I have never had a project go incomplete but I must say I was happy to get away from that one and him his wife was a very lovely person who I enjoyed interacting with but he was overbearing and bothersome some people just cannot be pleased no matter how hard you try the other reviews spwaf for themselves and I have dozens of other great references that I can provide

The most common jobs I have been getting recently are bathroom and kitchen floors and alote of drywall repairs which includes all the spakle and paint work

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The only advice I can give someone looking to hire a contractor is ask to see some pictures of his work most contractors do and if they don't probably means they haven't done anything worth taking a picture of
