FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are different packages that are suitable to your needs and your budget. Give us a call so that we can brainstorm together to come up with a great vision plan for your wedding. In the meantime, please visit our website for more tips and information on us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a phone consultation (30 minutes, free) to get an idea of what the customer is looking for and figure out if a face to face is needed. If this is so, we setup a consultation for 2 hours to get additional information from the customer on what he/she is looking for. During this consult, the planner will ask you a series of questions, which will help us determine the type of service you will need.
