- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Weekly or Monthly Membership: $15 Per Week, $60 Per Month, including: Access to 2 Gym Facilities, Class Fees Included, Nutritional Consultation; Private Personal Training: $40 to $75 Per Session, including 30, 45 & 60 Minute Sessions Available, Discounts Available for Bundle Purchases; Semi-Private Personal Training: $30 to $40 Per Session, including Personalized Training for Small Groups Small Group Sessions: $15 to $20 Per Class, including a Variety of Fitness Courses, 4 to 6 Members Per Class, Located in Group Training Annex;
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All of our new members participate in an intake interview regarding their fitness goals and background. This process allows us to pair members with a personal trainer most suited to their unique needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff includes some of the best and most experienced personal trainers in Philadelphia. Most of our trainers hold multiple fitness related certifications.
