- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
A customer should never be charged for the initial meet and greet. The meet and greet/key pick-up is for the pet care provider, pet owner, and pet to get to know each other and make sure it is a good fit. If the customer does not feel comfortable with the provider, they should keep looking. After all, your pet is part of your family!
