Having no water coming into your house can be a very stressful time. Dixon was courteous, professional and got the job done ASAP.
As a real estate agent I will certainly use him again in the future.

I hired this company to do some digging and plumbing on the main water line to my house. I am very satisfied with their pricing and quality of work. I highly recommend them.

Ken Dixon of Dixon Plumbing provided prompt and professional plumbing services at my home recently when I discovered a gas line buried under concrete during a patio renovation project. Ken made it to my house in under an hour, fixed the problem and allowed my concrete contractors plenty of time to get back to work and stay on pace to complete my patio renovation project. He also entertained my inquisitive daughter's questions as he performed the work.

A. Fox Gets Results In Sewage Story

Fox 29 is getting results for a Kensington family forced to deal with raw sewage seeping into their basement.

We first showed you the disgusting scene Tuesday.

Our Bruce Gordon got a good news update for this family.

The crew from Dixon Plumbing arrived at Birch and Emerald bright and early and quickly went to work, digging for answers.

It turns out a clogged and cracked curb-trap had caused sewage to back up into Juan and Margaret Rivera's corner rowhome.

The repair work was authorized and paid for by Berwyn-based Nova Bank, which to be fair inherited the home next door, which was the source of the problem- in a foreclosure last summer.

By midday, the plumbing crew had diagnosed the problem and stopped the leak.

If all goes according to schedule, the plumbing contractors will be back here Friday, to clean and disinfect this basement. The Rivera's long and smelly nightmare will finally be over.
