FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We charge a 9% management fee. If you aren't making money, we're not either! We also charge 1 month's rent to place a new tenant in the property. We provide a free rental analysis so you will have a good idea how much your property will rent for.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Owner is a licensed real estate agent, specializing in property management. We have been landlords ourselves since 2008 and are excited to help you make the most of your rental home!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be sure the provider is a licensed real estate agent, which is required to be a property manager in PA. Also, choose someone that manages property full time, not just a seller or buyer's agent managing a few on the side. Finally go with a company that has robust and up-to-date systems. You are paying for someone to completely manage things for you, so you should have regular communications from them and everything should be taken care of by your property manager.
