Introduction: We come in clean work clean and most of all clean up when we are finished no contractor debrie when we leave. we also take the time with the customer's wants and needs, we treat each and every customer as if they were are only customer. We service 1 customer at a time , work within budget and always do a bit extra. With us there are no hidden cost. Our estimating is very therall so as not to come up with any [ well we didnt think of that stuff, the customer allways has a detailed estimate so they can choose how far there budget can take them, depending on the project there trying to do. ] Being able to bring property back to life , seeing the clients smile when were finished. My predisesor started this company back in 1966 . Ironically that was the yoear i was born, ever since i was very little , i liked to watch the construction guys work - it didnt matter what they were doing, When i was little there was a lot of renovating going on in my area of the city. I would hange out so much just to suck it all up. I love old houses, when i was around 15 my father in law took me on as a general contractors helper, it was different from any other trade because it was all trades wraped up in 1. You see when your the guy that rips it out, fixes it, rebuilds it, finishes it, paints it, cleans it, you get the sense of the whole job from start to finish and there is nothing more rewarding in this business then seeing something so damaged or decayed and you take it from very bad to very good, wow what a feeling. Then to see the customers smile . For me thats what this is all about . sure it is my living but who really likes to just go to work .........

I have a leak in my kitchen ceiling and it appeared to come from somewhere in the bathroom since it's located right above my kitchen. I called this company on Monday and asked if someone could come out for a quote Monday evening or Tuesday. The individual I spoke with said it would be no problem and would call me back to let me know which day would be best for them to come out. It is now Wednesday afternoon and I still have not heard back from anyone and I have attempted calling back several times with no answer and no one returning my calls after leaving messages. This is very unprofessional in my opinion and if this was a job that they wanted nothing to do with then I would have expected to be told up front. I do NOT recommend this company to anyone because it's a struggle just to speak with someone. I can only imagine what the headache would be like if I were actually able to hire them for the repair. I will be throwing out their business card.

Sager handled everything from boarding up the fire ravaged property on N. Front Street to the inventory process for the insurance company and clean up of the property. They exceeded my expectations and exemplified the honesty and work ethic seldom found anywhere these days. Easy to deal with and they keep their commitments.

Very responsive, came out to inspect property and gave estimate in a timely manner, estimate was very detailed. Mostly kept to time frame for finishing the work, finishing only 30 minutes behind schedule. Cost was the same as the estimate. Would use company again.

When i was a kid i dreamed of taking very very old homesand restoring them to there original state. They don't build them like that anymore......
