We do full service restoration, repairs, maintenance, board ups, tarp overs, roof inspections, reports, new repairs, home inspections, cleaning services, clean-outs, evictions, lockouts, and demo work.

Our services also include removal of code violations, property maintenance, whole house rehabs, rental properties maintenance, section 8 repairs, contracted maintenance, roofing, siding, gutters, windows, doors, drywall, ceilings, walls, floors, framing, trim work, additions, kitchens, baths, basements, plumbing, electric, masonry, carpentry, painting and much, much more.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Check the License and insurance of the company, very important. Never give all the money for the work up front, make sure the contract for work is very detailed so as not to miss something, causing hold ups and finishing.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What are there specialties and are they certified.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Do i want my work done by a fully licensed, insured and certified renovator Contractor. That will start out on time, finish under budget, be clean neat throughout the job, clean up every day before leaving and not say they are finished before a great clean up and evaluation of my complete satisfaction of all work being performed.

A. We come in clean work clean and most of all clean up when we are finished no contractor debrie when we leave

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Being able to bring property back to life , seeing the clients smile when were finished.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. When i was a kid i dreamed of taking very very old homesand restoring them to there original state. They don't build them like that anymore......

A. As of [April 2010] All Contractors, Tradesmen, Clean out , Demo contractors, Property investors and rental property Managers. Doing any work disturbing more than a 2 SQ. FT. area in any and all houses built before December 31st, 1977 [Which more than likely contain lead base paint]
