Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Q: What is the difference between a bikini, brazilian, and lotus wax?
A: Bikini is just the classic bikini line, Brazilian leaves a strip in front, and the Lotus is totally bold and bare front and back.

Q: How often should I come in for facials?
A: This depends on what results you'd like to achieve with your skin. Anywhere from four weeks to seasonally is appropriate.

Q: When should I use P50?
A: P50 is recommended to be used twice a day, morning and evening after cleansing and before moisturizing the skin.

Q: How often can I exfoliate?
A: The recommended manual exfoliation (scrub) would be 2-3 times a week. Be sure to use a gentle exfoliant like Valmont's.

Q: How long do you keep a mask on for?
A: Typically you would keep a mask on for 15-20 minutes. Then rinse with warm water. Follow with moisturizer.

Q: How old should someone be to start using eye cream?
A: There is no specific age requirement. The sooner the better!

Q: How long will the bronze and buff results last?
A: It typically lasts 3-5 days depending on whether or not you exfoliate your body after the treatment.

Q: How dark will I get from the bronze and buff?
A: Just a natural sunkissed glow.

Q: Is P50 Safe?
A: Yes. Please feel free to read more here: http://beautyaficionado.com/q-is-the-lotion-p50-1970-safe/

Q: Do men need to shave before a facial?
A: Typically shaving the night before your appointment is recommended. Shaving on the day of your appointment may cause sensitivity.

Q: How long does hair need to be for waxing?
A: At least 1/2" to 1" inch long. Remember not to shave for at least 3-4 weeks before your appointment.

Q: Do you have showers?
A: We have a fully equipped locker room with a steam sauna, showers, hair dryers, and beauty products.

Q: Can I arrive for my facial appointment with makeup on?
A: Yes you can but remember it will be removed during the facial.

Q: What's the difference between hard wax and soft wax?
A: Soft wax is removed with a muslin strip where as hard wax uses no strip and may be preferred by those with coarse or thick hair.

Q: When should I arrive for my appointment?
A: Plan to arrive 15 minutes early, get comfy and have a glass of cucumber orange mint water or a hot cup of tea.
