- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Sitting Down with the customer, and go over every single detail that I am going to preform. So we are on the same page. If The customer cannot be there.I will send them pictures step-by-step process that I am doing. If the customer is home. I will bring them down a few times to show them step-by-step process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Took a 16 hour class on specialty Epoxy floor coatings. Especially Metallic Epoxy floor coatings. it is the future of Epoxy floor coatings. Taking that class and Getting my certification was like Graduating High school again. Learned all types of Epoxy floor coatings, and all types of concrete restoration. Plus I have 20 years experience in decorative flake epoxy and urethane coatings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Right out of High school. Worked for the union a few years. Didn’t like getting laid off all the time. Responded to a waterproofing ad. Then I never looked backed. Gained experience working for other basement waterproofing contractors. Started off as a labor. Then worked my way up to foreman. Then started my own company from experience that I learned in the waterproofing industry in 1996.
