The best customer service, quality of work and product. Smart Shield Windows went above and beyond with customer service making sure I understood all aspects of their product and the project. They also gave me professional advice on other projects that were being done by other contractors. The installers were very friendly, professional, and kept all work areas clean. They worked in one area, completed the job, cleaned the area, then moved on to the next job. There was never a mess. They also gave me a start and projected finish time (and was right on time). After the windows were installed, they reviewed the installation process and showed us how everything worked. I could not be happier with Smart Shield and actually hired them for another project the day after the windows were completed. I am going to use them for another project next year as well. It's good to find a company you can trust.
