Introduction: Each hypnosis practitioner will be a little different in their areas of expertise, level of experience and approach. I offer a Free Consultation/Evaluation at my Phoenixville PA office. Here is a little bit more about me: 1. My clients say that I have the most relaxing voice. 2. I'm a Board Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists and I do annual continuing education to maintain my training at a high level. 3. Certified Weight Loss Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine 4. I have over 13 years of experience. 5. I specialize in healthy lifestyles, healthy habits and healthy thoughts. 6. My practice is small and personal. When clients leave a message by phone, text or email, I personally respond in a prompt manner. 7. My hypnosis practice has a yoga touch. I stress the importance of breathing, relaxation and mindfulness in all areas of life. 8. I use a combination of hypnosis, self-hypnosis, guided imagery, visualization exercises, meditation and disassociation techniques to help clients release unwanted habits and replace them with positive habits. 9. I offer a free consultation/prep session to introduce people to my techniques and approach, and to see if hypnosis will work for them. 10. All sessions include a complimentary digital audio recording. 11. For those clients who are unable to travel to my office, or if they simply prefer a remote session, I offer hypnosis sessions by Skype. 12. I am upfront about my fees and list them publicly on my website. 19. I won't make any misleading claims or false promises. Tony was very understanding about my anxiety while driving. Each session, Tony implemented a different technique. He explained the technique before we started and made sure I was comfortable with it. Recently, I had major surgery and am under doctor's orders not to drive. However, I believe the hypnotism is helping with my recovery. The nurses could not believe that I just had undergone surgery. I needed minimal pain medicine. I am looking forward to starting driving again. I continue to listen to the CDs and am making progress with my recovery. I would recommend Tony's hypnotherapy.

7/11/2013 Dear Tony: Before coming to see you, I had been eating as a coping mechanism and was struggling to lose weight. I decided to try hypnotherapy to teach me to cope with the stresses in my life. I have used the self-hypnosis techniques you taught me and have been successful in quieting my mind. It is very effective in achieving deep levels of relaxation and I thoroughly recommend hypnotherapy to anyone who feels that they would benefit from increased calm in their life. When I get stressed, I meditate or take a walk. I walk almost every day. After only 3 sessions, I sleep better and I have started to lose weight. My son has reacted to his calmer mother by improving his cooperation and behavior. Again, thank you so much for your help, not only coping with the stress in my life, but reducing it!

Tony was very warm and personable, explaining everything about the hypnosis process in an easy to understand manner prior to the onset of the actual induction and hypnosis. He also prompted me to ask any questions and answered all of them at the outset. The office ambiance was perfect as well.

Individual sessions are $249.00, or $599.00 for a three-session program. Sessions are payable by cash, check, or credit card.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are serious about making positive change in your life through hypnosis, come in for a 1 hour no-obligations Free consultation. I will ask about your specific goals, and take you through some visualization exercises that help you feel comfortable with the clinical hypnotism process and provide the foundation for your first session.
