My name is Wendy, and I own my own weeding, landscaping and gardening business. I offer lower rates but perform the same tasks as a licensed landscaper.

I have been in business for 7 years from Berks County to Yavapai County in Arizona, back to Chester and Montgomery counties, Pa. I am very good at garden or yard cleanup and will make your yard smile when I am done.

I do everything from weed wacking, mulching, hand weeding, poison control, yard or garden cleanup, bushes and hedges, and small trees. If I can do it, I will!

I have a keen eye for the bigger picture and am a perfectionist. I will come out to your home and give you a free estimate. It's almost spring, so let's get your yards smiling.

She does not know plants. Her gardening skills are way below par. I asked her to leave after the first hour.

Question and answer

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I have been landscaping/weeding for 7 years and usually charge significantly less then my licensed competition. I am meticulious and have a keen eye, I love what I do and it shows. I have superior customer care and one on one relationships with my clients.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love the process of taking an overgrown yard/garden and turning it into the work of art it was originally started out as. It is very satisfing to see the transformation. I love the outdoors, especially when I was in Arizona. I did learn a much harsher type of weeding there and have become proficient with my weed wacker as a result.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Most people want to know how I got into this business. I was working as a special needs bus driver one year and decided that I wanted to make some summer cash. I was constantly in my garden weeding and loved it so I decided to put up some flyers and offer to do it for other people, the rest was history.
