A. Residential projects. though we do alot of residential work we also are familiar with commercial work and have no preference with any specific project. We are here to make YOUR vision a reality.
A. It's not always best to go with the 'Big Names'. Though their commercial might look great or you've heard good things it never hurts to look into the small businesses. Small businesses are more concerned with your satisfaction and how your treated. They want you to be happy with your project and they want you to want to hire them again. Your business is much more important to a small business then it is to one of the 'Big Names'.
A. We would wish that customers knew the difference between all the different types of tile so it would be easier for us to find just the right material for their application. Just because a certain material tends to be a bit more exspensive it doesnt mean you cant find it for less. Using the chepest material you found that you liked isnt a good idea. As the customer you need to know a little bit about the different type of materials to help you better find one that will work best for your project.
A. Someone seeking out our company for a project should look into a possible material they might might like to use, but other then that we are a full service business. We can help you pick a material and design your project. We can also supply your material as well as doing all of the installation. We want to make your project go as smoothly as possible. You have enough to deal with so why should you need to call and hire multiple people; thats where Burak Installations comes in. We can complete any tile project of yours from start to finish so you can keep living your life.
A. Every job is treated like it were our own home. We want every customer to feel good about their project. It should be something that really makes there day and keeps them smiling everytime they see it. Satisfaction is number one with Burak Installations.
A. Providing a service that can really make a difference for the customer. We take a lot of pride in our work and we want all our customers to want to rehire us for there next project. We form relationships and if ever you have a question or a concern we're there to help you through it.
A. Have you ever seen this before? and the answer would be yes. We have been doing tile for over 7 years and have seen a lot of tile. Every once in a blue moon we come into contact with something that surprises us and just shouldnt be. Thats why we're there; to make sure things are done right the first time.
A. Yes. Once we had a job doing 1000 sq ft for a very nice family. Once the job was done we went on our way with new projects never thinking we'd be back for a flag stone slab patio around their pool, an 800 sq ft floor in their new addition, and some beautiful stone veneer wainscote outside the home. They were by far our most favorite customers and our most favorite jobs. We would gladly go back for any other work they might have.
A. That not everyone can do it. Though some people make out okay trying it on their own, we would not recommend it and more often then not the its not done correctly. Its always best to hire a professional especially when its something thats supposed to last a lifetime. If you dont know what your doing and try it yourself it would be quite a dissapointment when a year later your work starts to fail and you need to hire a professional to fix it. You would have been better off hiring one in the first place.
A. Tile has been in my family for years and years. After finishing high school i began working with my cousin. He had been doing tile for 15 years and learned from my uncle whos been doing tile for close to 40 years. They taught me all they know and i went on to work for others and ended up beginning my own tile installation business. Now im working on expanding my business.
A. Recently we had a shower pan repair. The customer had been dealing with the original floor tile, a 2x2 slate floor that began to fray. The pieces of tile were falling into the drain and causing it to clog. We came in and in two days we removed the existing damaged floor down to te subfloor and we then redid the shower pan area the correct way. We also removed the exisitng accent strip through the shower and replaced it with the same tile the customer had chose to redo the shower pan with. The customer is now using the shower again after several weeks of not using it. We are happy to help with all types of repairs.
A. Make sure you start with someone who is reputable so you will learn proper techniques. Try it for a year and if your still interested keep with it and hone your new skills or maybe its time to move on to something else. Best of luck and dont try to be something your not; it wont work out in the end and its just going to ruin the industry for people who can do it right.
