FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The free consultation will allow us to quote you a price because the price is dictated on the amount of work needed for your situation. Beware of lawyers who quote a fee in their advertisements or on their websites. This tactic may be a ploy to bait you to go with them and there may be more fees associated with their services down the road after you hired them. Always review a written retainer in its entirety before hiring a lawyer and never feel like you can't compare attorney rates/services to see if you are getting a fair rate for the services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A free consultation is required and can be conducted in-person at our offices or over the phone, Zoom or Facetime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I obtained my Pennsylvania law license in 2002 and my West Virginia law license in 2003.
