My experience with Jeremy's company was unique in that we actually didn't use their services - unfortunately!! I had worked with him for an event to be held in Pittsburgh (while I live in Tennessee) - a wedding reception. I received excellent customer service, very quick to respond to my calls and emails, etc. etc. - weeks into our planning, our plans changed for the wedding and we no longer need their services.
I felt terrible that he had spent SO much time working out all of the details, researching specific items that we had requested, and working the plans for our event, only to have had all of that hard work be for nothing. We offered to pay him for his time that he had put into this project when we had to cancel, and he did not charge us. He was so understanding that these things happen and handled it so professionally. I have not worked with anyone that would have been "OK" that they had put time into a project, only to have it cancelled and not expect payment. Everything about them was so professional and I would highly recommend them based on his professionalism, great follow-up and dependability.
If I ever have the need to book an event again in the Pittsburgh area, I will absolutely call upon his services.

I recently had a martini party at my home with over 50 guests in attendance. Jeremy from Premier Bartending Services was very professional and a huge help to me for determining how much alcohol and mixers I would need for my event. He also recommended a great bartender who was a huge hit at my party. Jeremy was wonderful to work with and I would definitely use Premier Bartending Servies again for any future events.

Jeremy assisted us with finding a bartender for an annual Halloween party in our home in PA. The bartender arrived on time, called ahead to let me know exactly when he would arrive, was gracious enough to pick up more ice, and was so pleasant & good natured. He even came in a costume without us asking. The bartender cleaned the entire area up after he finished. We really are happy that we went with this service.

Premier staff were wonderful and helped make our wedding the perfect day! The staff was courteous and prompt with any needs and the guests even commented on how they fit right in with the ambience of the wedding. I hope to utilize their services again in the future!
