- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly small to medium showers ie.. baby wedding grads. Birthday partys and retirements. Have had great success also on preparing romantic gormet meals for couples.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Keep the menu simple. Less is more when having a catered affair. A few well chosen dishes beats having to much to choose from. I recommend one hot dish and 2 to 3 sides with good rolls or bread.
