- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My husband, Harry, and I both always loved to cook. After graduating from University of Texas in 1979, I moved to NYC, where I meet my husband Harry, at The famed Waldorf Astoria. We have been cooking and working together ever since!

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advise any Wedding client to have a "tasting" of their menu. This really showcases the talents of the chefs. I would also advise any client to get a complete cost proposal. Many venues do not include everything- tables, chairs, linens, flatware and china. There are many vendors of these items and a great catering company can match the perfect one for each event based on menu and budget.
