- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have standard pricing as each customer is looking for something different. We are always more than happy to do a walk through with the customer and go over what they are looking for in particular, as well as the regular cleaning duties.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before giving a quote, we typically like to meet with the customer and see the space they'd like to have cleaned. This gives the customer a chance to get to know us a little bit and ask any questions they might have, while also giving us a chance to ask questions as well. A lot of different factors go into making a price that's fair, and being able to see the space and ask questions concerning the job helps us to ensure we focus on the customers particular needs and wants.
