- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CnK Technologies offers a flat rate service for individual issues. For example, if you have a virus or feel that you do. We will remove that virus for $45. If repair or in dept trouble shooting is required then we offer a $65 fat rate desktop repair and a $75 laptop repair service. Now if this is a small issue like fix sound or installing corrupted drivers we do this for $25. Easy enough..right : ) Any other services are listed on our official site.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
CnK Technologies recognizes how important it is to not only know how knowledgeable you have to be in the field of technology but also get the required certifications. Both owners are Comptia A+, Network+ and Server+ and we are Microsoft Certified Refurbisher. What does this mean to you? It means your in good hands!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common types of job are trouble shooting software and hardware issues. These include major software packages such as adobe photoshop, microsoft office, windows operating system line, Network setup. Remote Service and data backup and recovery.
