Most cases have fixed fees based upon the complexity of the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I try to learn as much about their cases as possible in order to gain an understanding of what can be done to help them. Next I quote a flat fee, and then schedule an appointment to meet with them. During this free consultation they have an opportunity to learn more about me and my staff, and also discuss any concerns they might have.
