- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our home inspections are based on the size and age of the property. The list of pricing is available on our website at: http://www.vbinspect.com/fees.htm. We use the Allegheny County Real Estate website to determine approximate age and size of each property. - What types of customers have you worked with?
We primarily work for clients who are buying residential real estate. Our inspections take place after there is a signed sales agreement, during a window of 10 to 15 days the buyer is permitted to have a professional inspection to use for negotiations. We also do inspections for home owners and small commercial inspections as well.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask for recommendations! Someone you know has purchased a home and most likely used a home inspector. Find out who they used and what they thought of the service. Also visit www.ashi.com for tons of information on homes and home inspections.
