Introduction: When I train people I focus on performance more so than anything else because if we move better it will lead to us feeling better, both of which naturally translates into us looking better. When we move, feel, and look better we are also more confident, as well. The best part of my job is seeing my clients actually enjoy their personal fitness journeys. To me, fitness is all about fun. Even though I am focused & detail-oriented during training sessions, outside of that I am fun in my own wacky & nerdy kind of way. I keep a lighthearted profile and I encourage my clients to do the same because having fun throughout the process always produce better results that last.

    I am constantly learning in order to provide best-in-class training for my clients.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I really admired my coach for his ability to inspire and entertain us each and every day. So much so, months flew by and I barely noticed that I have became more fit than I've ever been at any point in my entire life. My life had changed greatly for the better! That's when I decided that I wanted to become a coach as well so that I can help inspire others to experience the same life changing experience I continue to experience to this day.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Sessions always begin with a warm up followed by mobility work that caters to the workout of the day. Instructions on how to perform movements and exercises in an efficient and safe manner will be provided during class and I may or may not alter the workout in order to suit the needs of the individual.
