Ken was on time. Training was at a high school track. Ken had a smooth, professional demeanor as a trainer. As a "baby boomer" my intent was to learn how to run more safely as well as more efficiently. In addition the techniques I learned also I believe increased my speed which I didnt expect at my age. The techniques Ken taught: limb relaxation, core training, leverage, proper foot placement etc. provided to me what I had been seeking. He provided individualized attention, humor, direct communication, feedback, asked for and answered all questions well and completely. Can't think of any way for him to improve. I got out of the training all that I expected and more. I highly reccomend this clinic with Ken to all others.

Kenny taught me Chi Running. He took me from start to finish. I am a never runner and with his help and the Chi Training Program I was able to complete my first 5K. I have been able to maintain as well as increase my workout routine. Kenny made running not so difficult and made me realize I could set my goal of completed my 5K. I currently am still running 4 to 5 days a week. He was a great trainer and an awesome person to work with to train.

Ken Presutti was my run coach for a half marathon. He worked with me on the phone and online. It was so convenient to work with him online because he would upload my workouts to a website, I would log my workout data and notes, and he would give me feedback. I felt challenged and encouraged, knowing I had an experienced marathoner to help me train.

Ken is an awesome coach and trainer! Specifically, I took his 1/2 day Chi Running seminar and it was very helpful. He gave me some tips that I use almost every day - and not just when I'm running. He gives tips on better posture that really help, even when I'm just standing. Ken is a very positive, upbeat, motivating person and coach. I've taken his spinning classes for years and he was always a positive inspiration. I highly recommend him for any type of athletic coaching.
